Amy tagged me to share 21 things about me – I am not that interesting but here goes….
- I worry – a lot…about everything.
- I am not a real patient person, especially when it comes to common sense things. When I recently had to call my doctor for my ear infection, the recording told me the office was closed and to call back during office hrs…which they never listed. This resulted in much profanity on my part.
- I have a potty mouth. (see above)
- I am in awe of anyone who is a parent. I know I could not do it and will never regret not having kids.
- I love humour, to laugh, to watch comedy and anything funny in general. Serious is overrated.
- I was in French immersion from Kindergarten to grade 7 but really have lost almost all of it. (except probably the swear words and random fun expressions like “Zut Alors!”)
- I bought more running shoes on our recent trip ….Guess how many running shoes I now have in rotation and I’ll send you a little something something..
- I am a nester..when we go on vacation I unpack even if we are only overnight somewhere.
- I love to plan, organize, arrange etc. I really wish I was more spontaneous but as quoted in the movie The Sure Thing: “Spontaneity has its time and place.”
- I hate messes…our house is not spotless by any stretch of the imagination but I do like it to at least be neat. This is in direct contrast to the hubs who has piles everywhere…which I then consolidate into one big pile. See #3 for the next step..
- I really love a good red wine. And sometimes a bad one.
- I drink a ridonkulous amount of water…and not because of #11.
- I say Awesome far too much.
- I am not a confident person at all. I think I sometimes come off as aloof when it is really just my dorky shy self.
- I still have my McMaster sweatshirt from XX years ago when I was in first yr university. It is 10 sizes too big but I can’t part with it.
- I cannot sing or carry a tune at all. It is painful actually.
- Since going vegetarian/vegan almost 4 months ago, I feel great and have thought less about food than any other time in my life. Total surprise to me.
- I hate gardening.
- I love nature…just not cleaning it. (#18)
- I’m going to raise ire with this but I think the Twilight series was dumb, though I did want to like it. If I was beautiful, rich and eternal, I wouldn’t keep going to high school.
- I’m a bad loser within myself and totally know it.
Happy weekend! Did anyone else feel like this was an exceptionally long week? Glad it is almost over…..

I relate to a lot of these - particularly 10 and 18...I seem to have a lot of shoes in rotation as well - think I currently have 5 pairs going!
great tidbits about urself. i have a windsor hoody that is 10 sizes too big for me...and i still wear it!
You really just spooked me w/ how much we are alike! Let's get together, have some wine, clean the house, ban Twilight, and frighten people with our singing!

Lots of similarities... have to disagree on Twilight. hahaha. I know it's dumb but I love it anyway.
I also say awesome waaaaaaay too much. I can't help it, it's an awesome word. baha
Also drink copious amounts of water. People don't even believe me when I tell them how much, but they should know based on how often I am in the bathroom.
Also hate gardening. And messes.

Great info about you! Lots I can relate to as well...
What's with immersion languages fading away anyway? I started the kids at age 3 and now? zippo on retention.
I'll guess 5 pairs in rotation.

I am #14 too. I can remember once in college being accused of being a snob when I was just painfully shy in the situation.
I tried to like Twilight and it didn't happen.
Zut alors! The one I can't seem to forget is 'Chacun son gout' (I have no idea how to make French accents on here!).
I'm going to guess 9 pairs of shoes in rotation (one for each day of the week, plus two extras).
And I love, love, love spending the day snuggled up in my UofA hoodie and sweats. Go Bears, Go!
